I want to join this group but before I do I wanted to ask, do we submit cosplay photos into the featured folder Only?

Cosplay images are no different from any other photographs of people in opera gloves: we submit to the folder for the material they're made of.
The "featured" folder is mainly for the admins (sorry, most of us long since ghosted DA) to highlight some of our favourites.
